The large number of middle-class phones that provided value for their price covered any attempt by the economic category to provide distinguished phones.
This is not the case in this review, so today we return to you with a review of the economical Realme phone from the family of the hero, the Realme C53, to convey to you the experience of using this phone and answer the most important question, is the phone worth buying?
Design and screen
Like any new phone launched in the economic category, the Realme C53 phone comes with a design similar to the latest Apple iPhone phones. Companies often prefer to rely on this design, which is liked by users of this category of phones.
In the Realme C53 we find on the back of the phone a triple rear camera similar to the iPhone rear camera, in fact this is not a triple camera but we will address it later. We also find sharp edges and a rectangular frame like the one in the iPhone 14. Of course, the frame is not made of aluminum or titanium, but you get a shape very similar to the design of Apple phones.
The copy that we received is the golden version, which gives a gradation of colors when light reflects on it. There is another version of the phone available in black.

In general, Realme C53 is light and thin, the experience of using it may be annoying due to the sharp edges, but iPhone users face the same thing. Using any phone case will solve this problem.
On the opposite side of the phone, we find a 6.74-inch IPS screen. This screen has a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels or Full HD + and supports a 90Hz refresh rate. It is difficult to find a screen in this price category with these specifications, especially the high refresh rate. The competitors here all offer a rate of 60Hz, and some of them are satisfied with the HD + screen, so this is a point that counts for the phone.
Screen quality is generally good in use and you’ll feel a noticeable upgrade if you upgrade from a phone in the same price category.
The performance
Realme C53 is powered by Unisoc Tiger T612 chip. This chip, and if you do not know it in an approach to the performance of the MediaTek Helio p35 or Snapdragon 665 chip, which is a chip for economical phones, will satisfy your use of browsing social networking sites or the Internet in addition to the basic phone tasks.
The Realme C53 is available in a single version with a capacity of 128 GB and 6 GB of random memory, which can be increased to 12 GB via Dynamic Ram technology, which takes part of the storage memory and uses it as random memory. This will improve the performance of the phone, but it will not double the speed due to the difference between the speed of data transfer between random and storage memories.

And if you want to increase the storage space, Realme supported the phone with a slot for external memory cards, along with two SIM cards.
Do not expect any gaming or multitasking performance from the phone, it is not designed for this purpose. In the end, we are talking about a phone that costs about $ 130, which is less than most smart watches in the market.
Battery and fast charging
What really sets this Realme C53 phone apart from its competitors is the battery and fast charging. The phone comes with a 5000 mAh battery that is enough for more than a day and may reach two days sometimes. With this battery, Realme provides a charger in the phone case that supports 33W fast charging with SuperVOOC technology, which is enough to charge 50% of the battery in half an hour.
There is no competitor offering phones that support fast charging with this wattage in this price category or in the economic category in general.

Camera
Do you remember the rear camera that we talked about at the beginning of our review of the phone? This is not a triple camera. On the right is the flash while the camera on the bottom is the isolation camera. A good game from Realme to make the phone look like it has three cameras when it is actually with one actual camera.
This camera is a 50-megapixel camera with an f/1.8 lens slot. By default, the camera takes pictures with a resolution of 12.5 megapixels, we definitely don’t recommend changing the resolution.
The quality of the images is good compared to the price of the phone, especially during the day or in good lighting, but with sunset and low lighting, the quality of the images may decrease, which is logical given the price of the phone.
There is a filter dedicated to photographing public places or, in particular, streets, called the City Street Filter, which improves the photos taken in these conditions.
The price
The Realme C53 is available at $136 for the 6GB/128GB version and is available in black and gold.
Is Realme C53 worth buying?
If your budget is limited and you are looking for a phone in which your first priority is that it has a large battery and supports fast charging, the Realme C53 is the best phone you can get. You will also get a Full HD + screen and a high refresh rate of 90Hz, which are also things that competitor phones lack.
If you are looking for a gaming or multitasking phone, this phone is not the best choice for you. More precisely, this price category is not the best option for you, and we advise you to save more money before buying a new phone.
